Methodologies

The group workshop methodology is simple and fun, built around engaging activity to spark interaction among participants. They'll experience, create, and achieve success together within the workshop, fostering a shift in mindset that encourages them to adopt these behaviors in their daily work environment. These interactive experiences provide memorable and meaningful takeaways, equipping participants with tools within a structured environment.

We also leverage LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method for facilitation and ideation. This unique and powerful approach combines visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles, allowing everyone – introverts and extroverts alike – to "think with their hands." By building 3D models of their ideas, participants unlock innovative potential and facilitate a smooth flow of information on the focused topics. Everyone actively participates and bonds as they solve problems together, all while having fun in an environment that encourages free thinking and open communication.
